Heres a sobering thought. One day everything you do will be for your last time. It will be your last cup of tea, or a last cream cake. You'll have seen your last sunset, had your last kiss, your last shower. Watched the last tv program or movie. Even cleaned your teeth for the last time.
You see for most people death comes as a supprise, one minute your smoothing the cat and then.... bang your an ex-human being.
Yes there are people who are terminally ill who know it's coming, but I suspect most of those hope to be still there in the morning, and wont realise that they'll never see the nurse who tucked them in the night before again.
It could be a heart attack, a car crash, violence, heck you could even get hit by a meteorite, dont laugh it's happened.
That why people often say dont go to bed on an augument, those harsh words might be the last thing you ever said to them, the last thing they hear maybe. Then it's too late to make up.
