Flying? Think about it...

You board a nice shiny 11 year old aircraft run by a national carrier, on board are 102 other people, your aircraft takes off, reaches about 30 and falls back to the ground destroying the plane and seriously injuring 14 of the passengers.
What could have gone wrong?  Well wind shear for one thing. Then theres the minor detail the  pilot flying isn't licenced for that type of aircraft, and he has only had simulator training,  yet he is doing the takeoff. The captain isn't qualified to instruct, but is letting an observer fly the plane during a crutial stage of the flight.
Could never happen you say...  Ask the passengers on Aeromexico Connect on the 31 July 2018, or any of the staff at Guadalupe Victoria International Airport. They'll tell you different...
