Flight safety! Huh!

 An airliner with 23 people on boad lost an engine cowling on take off from Cape town, it turns out some work on the engine was done by an unqualified assistant who failed to replace it properly, the after work inspection also failed to spot it wasn't latched, and the pre flight check also missed it.
 The leading edge of the wing also sustained some damage from the cowling when it seperated.
 Makes you think doesn't it.
