Cardiff what a dump it's become!

  I went to Cardiff yesterday to see the play that goes wrong, sadly Cardiff seems to have "gone wrong" too.
  Litter scattered about, and my god the beggars were everywhere.  I've never seen so many, every other doorway nearly had a beggar in it and others were constantly asking "have you got any spare change mate".
  Come on Cardiff council and police, the first thing you see when you get off a train or a bus is bloody beggars, is that the first impression of Cardiff you want to give out?  Get it sorted.
  I used to love spending a day out in Cardiff, now I'll happily give it a miss and go somewhere cleaner and less stuffed with beggars.
