I had another go with this plug-in for Photoshop, to be honest I'm still not convinced the effect is going to be a winner. One of the issues I'm finding is getting the effect you want, there's an element of trial and error, then luck when you get something that works, also the effect isn't terribly predictable, it varies from image to image.
