Public transport and the people who use it.

 On Saturday we used the bus to go to Swansea airshow, now the car would have been simpler and easier, but at £15 to park and I was feeling rough the bus seemed the easiest option. I could just sit back and be wafted to my destination without the stress of the traffic jam, and truth be told I was getting short of funds and didn't have £15 spare for parking (we did see one car park for £10 )
 Sadly what I hadn't factored in was A. the bus station had moved all the stops around so we had a job finding the stop to catch the bus back home from and  B. more importantly I'd forgotten about the sort of people you get on a bus these days.
 Yep you guessed it, within five minutes of sitting down the nutter found me, for a change though she couldn't get close to me but sat next to Shirley who was sitting next to me (so only one person away) it all started well with the nutter and Shirley chatting away normally.  Then after a few minutes the nutter kicked off, she got up and started shouting things like " I'll get my mum to come here and she'll sort you out".  All quite aggressive but just shouting at no one in particular.  After a few minutes she shut up, then shortly after security turned up and they started to talk to her and she started again.
 Now frankly at this point the police should have been called, she was clearly causing a disturbance and behaviour lightly to cause a breach of the peace, plus other public order offences.  One of the security guards seemed to know her which suggested she does this often.
 Now I know it's care in the community, and that people with mental health issues have to get back into society, but lets face it some of these people are a danger to the public.  It would be interesting to ask the opinion of Sally Hodkin from Bexelyheath, but she was hacked to death by a person with mental health issues with a stolen knife.  Or we could ask Naudel Turner, but she was stabbed by another person with mental health problems, theres been many many others too.
 And thats the trouble, you never know when one of these people are going to pull a knife or gun, thats why the police should have been called.

Ted 2 (movie review)

 The film revolves around Teds court case to decide if he's classed as a person or property. 
 While it's defiantly funnier than the original Ted movie it's still not as funny as it could be.  The characters were better this time, you actually start to care a bit about them, especially towards the end.  The humour seems aimed more at the teenage market or young adults.  Easily the funniest part is Liam Neeson sending himself up in an all too brief cameo role (I see a future for him in comedy roles) Again Jay Leno is in the film for about 20 seconds but still gets a laugh.

Waynes rating 6/10 worth a watch if your a family guy or simpsons fan or after a few beers.

More sort of global warming news ???

Well we've have had global warming rammed down our throats for years, the latest is anybody who denies that warming is taking place is a conspiracy nut.  Some would say if global warming is real why are the experts so worried about people saying it isn't? After all they'll be proved wrong sooner or later (or right).
 But now it seems the sun is going to sleep for 20 years or so, so it'll get colder, so cold the Thames may freeze over, as it did in the 1500-1700's.
 Now the big question is if it's going to get a lot colder how the hell is it going to get warmer.  Lets face it the earth hasn't really warmed up for 17 years anyway, so I really can't see how it's going to suffer global warming and get colder at the same time. I wish these dozy idiots would make their bloody minds up.

 Yep it must be summer, I've taken off one of my sou'westers and two of my jumpers! (I'm keeping the other three on for now though.)

Swansea airshow 2015

We didn't stay too long as I was feeling grim, so here's a few pics from the show.

My favorite aircraft is the Vulcan bomber, and fortunatly it was the first on so I got to see it.  It's owned and kept flying by a charity, if you'd like to help them out with a few rust proof shillings (or £20) here's a link.

Terminator Genisys 2015 (film review)

The film Starts in the future in the war against Skynet where a now grown up John Connor sends his friend Kyle Reese back to protect his mother Sara.  Now this is where the first film should start with Kyle arriving to protect the weak terrified Sara.  Indeed the film now goes back to where the original Terminator film started, right up to where the terminator meets the three punks with the telescope.  It's at this point things get complicated.
Another older terminator (Arnie) shows up, Sara is no longer weak and terrified, the war never took place, it's all changed! But why? What happened?  Watch the film and find out.
Time travel may be fun, but it's bloody complicated.
The film is a good mix of action, adventure, and just enough comedy to keep it light and not too serious. The visual effect/CGI are well up to standard.

Brett Azar is amazing as the young terminator, you'd swear blind it was Arnie back in 1984, shame he had such a small part.  Matt Smith turns up (with a strange accent) he just can't stay away from time travel can he. It was also nice to see J K Simmons back as the long suffering O'Brian.

Wayne Rating 8/10  Well worth a watch, especially if your a terminator fan.
