Nebo Tino torch review.

Now I haven't done a torch review in a while, so here's one.

The Nebo Tino, running off 3 triple A batteries it's claimed to give 300lm off the torch for 3 hours and 200lm for 2 hours off the COB part.
It has a good large pocket clip on the back and a magnetic base so you can stick it on, say your car or something metal. The torch and COB are also variable power so you can dim or brighten the lights as needed. Aimed more at the workplace rather than EDC in my opinion....
Thats the good news, now the bad.  The magnetic base isn't very strong and a gust of wind will blow it off, it just about held it's own weight on my fridge. The pocket clip while large doesn't grip that well, it's fallen off my bag twice so far, luckly without damage.  Then we have the battery door... this slides on and off, off all to easily sadly. Theres also no easy way of taping it in place as the torch is covered in what feels like rubber and the pocket clip is in the way to tape it on.
Those are the minor issues, for me the elephant in the room is the on off switch!  Nice and big so you can operate it with gloves on, and all to easily in your pocket.
It only takes a gentle push to switch the torch on and with the switch slightly proud of the body it's easy to do by accident.
All this is a shame, the torch itself is very good. The torch part throws a good bright beam a long way, with plenty of spill to see whats close or the sides of the path. The COB is bright and has a huge spread as a work light needs. Battery life isn't bad for a smallish torch either.
If you can live with it's faults you'll have a very handy bit of kit.
