Haunted Highway faking it? see the pics and decide.

 Haunted Highway (syfy) is a so called paranormal investigation program, trouble is they seem to be faking it.  The still shots shown here are from series 2 episode 4 and are from the Donner party investigation, now I haven't had time to go through the other episodes to see what other "fakes" I can find are but the footage from the thermal camera is faked (as can be seen here).

The first shot from the thermal camera shows a figure shape.

Here the figure shape has faded out.

Now heres the same shot showing the area thats been cloned over the figure (red area on the left copied to the red area on the right. Also you can see the ground doesn't line up properly in the area they copied over.

Now compare the two areas side by side. They are too similar to be coincidence, while not totally identical they are screen caps from video so the frames will vary as they are from different frames of the video.  Note however the shape of various parts and the shapes and tones of the coloured patterns, they are the same area copied over.

Ianto Jones Torchwood Gareth David-Lloyd (Heroes and legends )

Back in March last year I posted some pics of the shrine to Ianto Jones the Torchwood charactor who was killed in the tv series, I pointed out Gareth who played Ianto was alive and well at the time.  Well the good news is he's still alive and well, and in a play in Bristol if you want to check I'm telling the truth.

Cecil the lion.

 Cecil the lion was a 13 year old lion living in the Hwange national park Zimbabwe.  Cecil was shot by Walter Palmer, an American dentist in June 2015 using a bow and arrow.
 Now while I'm not a fan of hunting and I probably wouldn't go for a pint with Mr Palmer I must admit some surprise at the outpouring on hatred and vilification against Mr Palmer.  It is claimed that the lion was shot on private property and that the guide had the proper permit (although there is some doubt over that) if that's true then the lion was legally killed.
 Perhaps the bit that surprises me the most is that it's the Americans who seem most upset, this from a country where hunting is a national sport. Evey hunting season the woods are full of men dressed like Rambo shooting deer, elk bears and each other with monotonous regularity, indeed anything that moves is fair game. So why one of their own killing an old lion should cause such a fuss is beyond me.
 The people who should be most upset are Oxford university, they've been studing Cecil for some time via a tracking collar.  Back to square one guys.

MH370 Flap found.

 Part of a wing flap from the missing MH370 aircraft has been found washed up at the beach Saint-Andre on La Reunion island (east of Madagascar in the Indian ocean) It's claimed that for the part to be intact the aircraft must have ditched at sea, a high speed node dive would have destroyed the part.
 Mh370 went missing on the 8 March 2014.

 We went for a wander the other day to a disused canal.... and now I know whay it was disused.... not a lot there to be honest.
