Set mostly in the 1980s the film is about a group of con artists who get involved with an FBI plot to trap corrupt officials.
I found the film very slow and frankly boring, as a fan of the British tv series the Hustle I suppose I expectedsomething similar, sadly it's nothing like the tv series. The British series was polished with lots of clever plot and twists and turns everywhere, the film is none of those things.
Save the money and buy a box set of the tv series instead.
