Dragonfly

More or less nearly stepped on this guy a few days ago.  Only had the compact with me.

Buskers, some black and white.

Some local bands are playing in a localish town center.  Here's one of them.

Lake house

Went here recently.  This is a fair crop from the original.

A nice evening

Last week my brother took me out for a meal and a pint in his home town of Porthcawl.  The sun came out and I had a lovely afternoon and a few pints.

A Martian river....

Ok, I'll admit it's not actually the real Mars, I'm guessing the Tesco gave it away.  It's more what I think this place would look like if it was on Mars.

That said I suspect I've got it wrong, and my gut feeling is the sky shouldn't be red?

Clickbait news headlines!

Frankly I'm sick and tired of seeing rubbish click bait headlines on Web news sources.

Every day I see " Drivers without this in their glovebox face £5000 fine". Bollocks they do.

The story refers to sunglasses.  The Law says you do not have to carry them in your car.

It does say they shouldn't be too dark as to restrict vision.  £5000 is the max fine for driving without due care and attention,  what a motorists blinded by the sun would probably be charged with.

Another I see all the time is some star shares deeply personal news. It goes like this.

"Jeremy Clarkson  shares moving personal news"  What it ends up being is he's had to put down a cow because it's got TB or something similar

The government needs to stop this, they were supposed to be stopping fake news.

Yeah right. So far the only thing this bunch of loosers have stopped in pensioner winter fuel allowance.

They need to money to keep economic migrants in hotel accommodation whilst old ladies freeze in winter.

No wonder other countries fall about laughing at us, especially the French who WE PAY to stop the boats.
